Tutor Matching

Fees and Payment

Session fees will be communicated prior to booking.

Unless otherwise stated, sessions are billed at the agreed-upon hourly rate.

Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to charges at Addison Here's discretion.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Clients remain responsible for decisions made regarding their devices, accounts, passwords, and online activities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Addison Here and its tutors shall not be liable for:

Service interruptions
Software issues
Account access issues
Financial losses

Clients are encouraged to maintain backups of important files and data before receiving assistance.

Tutor Screening

Addison Here requires tutors to complete an application process, interview, reference verification, and police background check before working with clients.

While we take reasonable steps to screen tutors, Addison Here cannot guarantee future actions or conduct of any individual tutor.

Clients should report any concerns immediately.
